Individual shipping charges are required depending on the size, weight, and shipping address of the purchased product. If you have selected credit card payment and request a frame, we will notify you by e-mail of the price after the quotation. Please transfer the price to the specified bank account within 5 business days of the financial institution from the date of sending the email. .. After confirming payment, we will send you a payment confirmation email. (If the name of the transferor is different from that of the applicant, payment cannot be confirmed. Please let us know after ordering or after making the transfer using the "Inquiry Form".)

In addition, if payment of those prices cannot be confirmed within 5 business days of the financial institution, we may only ship the purchased products.

For bank transfer, please transfer the product price to the designated bank account described in the order completion email sent after the purchase application procedure within 5 business days of the financial institution. Customers who request a frame, etc. will be notified by e-mail of the amount including the product price after the quotation, so the price will be sent to the specified bank account within 5 business days of the financial institution from the date of sending the e-mail. If payment of the product price cannot be confirmed within 5 business days of the financial institution, it may be treated as cancellation.

Delivery time of goods:

For credit card payment, we will prepare for shipping after confirming your order, and for bank transfer, after sending a payment confirmation email. Items during the session will be shipped in sequence as soon as they are ready to be shipped after the session ends. Other items will be shipped in sequence as soon as they are ready to be shipped.

If it takes time to ship the item, we will contact you by e-mail separately. For other items, it will take about 10 days.

Product delivery method:

The product you applied for will be shipped by freight collect from the shipping company. (For overseas delivery, the shipping fee is paid at the time of payment of the product price.)

We will protect the product with a special case such as a cardboard box or a box, wrap the packing material, and ship it after careful consideration to prevent damage.

Please receive the item within one week of shipping. (Excluding overseas shipping and shipping to remote islands.) If you do not receive it within the period, or if you can not deliver it due to customer's convenience, we will treat it as cancellation and we will charge the shipping fee at that time. About returns, defective products, and cancellations:

We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer's convenience. The same applies if the product is scratched or soiled due to the customer's responsibility.

In the following cases, please contact us using the "Inquiry Form" within one week after the item arrives. We will check the situation and respond promptly. (We will bear the shipping cost for returns and exchanges.)

1. Damage to the product due to an incident or accident during delivery.

3. I received a product that is different from the one I ordered.

Regarding the paid price in the case of returned goods, we will refund after contacting the refund method only in the case of damage or misdelivery of the work.

We will accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of receiving your order. Please let us know from the "Inquiry Form". (Regarding the reception time for changes / cancellations, it is not the time when we confirm the "inquiry form", but the time when the customer sends the change / cancellation to the "inquiry form".)

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after that.

(Debt related to refund)

No interest is accrued on our debt related to refunds.

Please use the "Inquiry Form" to make an inquiry within one week after the item arrives, and then send it immediately.
