Article 1 (Scope of application)
This agreement shall be applied between our company and the customer regarding the use of this service, and the customer shall comply with this agreement in good faith when using the service. The individual provisions separately provided by the Company by posting on this service or by other methods and the additional provisions that the Company notifies the customer from time to time form part of this agreement. If this agreement differs from the individual agreement and additional provisions, the individual agreement and additional provisions shall prevail.
Article 2 (Customer information registration)
Customers can purchase products or services (hereinafter referred to as "products") from us using this service.
If the customer wishes to purchase the product, he / she shall apply according to the method specified by the Company. The customer shall send true and accurate data regarding the contents of the application.
If there is an error in the content of the application sent to us by online application, we will make any request of the customer other than the return specified in "Return" unless it is attributable to us. Please note that we cannot respond to this.
The customer shall promptly notify the change of address, name, telephone number or other matters notified to the Company.
Article 3 (Application restrictions)
If you are a minor, please apply for the product in the name of the legal agent after obtaining the consent of the legal agent. In addition, customers with other restricted ability should obtain the necessary consent.
Article 4 (About user information)
We will handle the personal information of users that we have learned in connection with the use of this service in accordance with our privacy policy.

Article 6 (Transfer of ownership)
When the customer receives the applied product, the ownership of the product shall be transferred from the Company to the customer.If you choose to pay by credit card, the credit card company may retain ownership of the product you are applying for in accordance with the membership agreement or terms of use established by the credit card company. Please check the membership agreement or credit card details.
Article 7 (Product offer time)
For credit card payment, after confirming your order (except for requests such as framed) , for bank transfer, we will prepare for shipping after sending the payment confirmation email. Items during the session will be shipped in sequence as soon as they are ready to be shipped after the session ends. Other items will be shipped in sequence as soon as they are ready to be shipped.

Article 8 (Return)

Article 9 (Change / Cancellation)

Please note that we cannot accept cancellations after that.
Article 10 (Delivery of goods)
We will ship by freight collect from the shipping company. (For overseas delivery, the shipping fee is paid at the time of payment of the product price.)
We will protect the product with a special case such as a cardboard box or a box, wrap the packing material, and ship it after careful consideration to prevent damage.
Please receive the item within one week after shipping. (Excludes overseas shipments and shipments to remote islands.) For bank transfer, please transfer the product price to the designated bank account described in the order completion email sent after the purchase application procedure within 5 business days of the financial institution. Customers who request a frame, etc. will be notified by e-mail of the amount including the product price after the quotation, so the price will be sent to the specified bank account within 5 business days of the financial institution from the date of sending the e-mail. Article 18 (Others)
