Delivery policy

(Product delivery time)

For credit card payment, we will prepare for shipping after confirming your order (except for requests such as frame), and for bank transfer, after sending the payment confirmation email. Items during the session will be shipped in sequence as soon as they are ready to be shipped after the session ends. Other items will be shipped in sequence as soon as they are ready to be shipped.

If it takes time to ship the item, we will contact you by e-mail separately. For other items, it will take about 10 days.

You can specify the delivery date and time after the shipping preparation is completed. If you wish, please contact us from the "Inquiry Form". (For delivery to remote islands, please contact us from the "Inquiry Form" as well.)

In addition, due to natural disasters, traffic conditions, and other circumstances, delivery may not be possible at the designated time. We are not responsible for any damage caused by delivery delay due to the reason of the delivery company. Please note.

(Product delivery method)

The product you applied for will be shipped by freight collect from the shipping company. (For overseas delivery, the shipping fee is paid at the time of payment of the product price.)

We will protect the product with a special case such as a cardboard box or a box, wrap the packing material, and ship it after careful consideration to prevent damage.

Please receive the item within one week of shipping. (Excluding overseas shipping and shipping to remote islands.) If you do not receive it within the period, or if you can not deliver it due to customer's convenience, we will cancel it and we will distribute it at that time. Shipping charges may be charged.
